Transformative PT continues to clean and sanitize the room between patients and is using a HEPA filter to keep everyone safe. Please do not come in if you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headaches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
Masks may be required depending on the community level of illness.
